One row per project: status, value, VO, received, balance, retention, cost, profit. Opens directly in Excel.
Full backup — JSON
Everything including every payment, VO, cost and retention line. Use this file to restore or move data.

Accepts two file types:
CSV
— same columns as the exported project list. Rows are matched by
Project No.
, then by
Project Name
: matches update the project details, new rows create projects. If a new row has a "Received" amount, it is recorded as one combined paid payment; "Actual Cost" becomes one combined cost line; "VO Total" becomes one VO line.
JSON backup
— restores every project from an exported backup (existing projects with the same ID are overwritten).
Tip: export the CSV first, edit it in Excel, then import it back.
